Shipping policy

Shipping for all items takes an ESTIMATED 5-7 business days via USPS.

The current turnaround time for all custom wig orders has an ESTIMATED 14-21 business days turn around once the hair is received from the customer. 

Wigs From our READY TO SHIP COLLECTION ships within 1-2 business days after processing.

Wigs from our PREMADE WIG COLLECTION has a 2-3 day processing time, and will ship within 7-14 business days

SALES MAY EXTEND PROCESSING TIME.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you with any additional updates.

We ask you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. When entering this information, please make sure that you are entering the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. If billing address and shipping address are not the same, we will have to verify your order, which may take an additional 2-3 days to process

IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

After all tracking email is sent, shipping activity will update after 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE SHIPS YOUR ORDER WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR NON DELIVERY. IF YOU DO NOT GIVE US THE CORRECT ADDRESS WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR REPLACING YOUR ITEM.  WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ASSIST YOU IN SUCH INSTANCES.
