ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there will be absolutely no returns or exchanges. We are not responsible if your unit does not fit properly due to inaccurate measurements. If you are providing your own hair bundles, closures/frontals, we recommend that they be of the same texture and correlate in lengths. 

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE or WIG ORDER. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
