I have never worn a wig before, and I have no idea where to begin. Which wig options are best for beginners?

Wigs are an amazing protective style, without having to deal with hairstyles that cause tension or too much manipulation. We suggest that new wig wearers start off with closure wigs. Closure wigs are easy yet simple to apply for everyday wear. There is little maintenance involved and can last you up to two (2) years with the right care.

What is the difference between a Pre-Made wig and a custom wig?

Our pre-made wigs are generally one size fits all or come in sizes small, medium or large, as they fit more customers. Our custom wigs are made with customers’ measurements and are specifically made just for you. We all deserve A Kustom Piece.

I will be providing my own hair for a custom unit. What do I need to do?

All hair needs to be received within 30 business days. If not, your order will be cancelled.

If you are using previously used bundles, please make sure that the hair is washed and detangled. Additional fees will apply if hair is not manageable. We do ask that you provide a new lace piece in order to construct your unit.

Do you have any wigs on hand?

No, our wigs are always custom made using the clients measurements. When and if there are wigs available for same day purchase they will be under the "Ready to Ship" tab. However, we do offer rush orders on custom pieces for an additional fee.

What type of hair do you use?

Virgin hair, raw Indian, Indonesian & Cambodian hair.

I placed my order yesterday, when will I receive my order?

Ready to Ship Wigs: You will receive your order within 7 business days.

Premade Wigs: You will receive your order within 7-14 business days.

Custom Wigs: You will receive your order within 14-21 business days, after your hair is received.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, PROCESSING & SHIPPING MAY INCREASE WAIT TIMES.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to the nature of the services that are being provided, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges. Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I live outside of the United States; can I still place an order?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Do you do installs?

Sorry! We currently do not provide any install service.
